Ingredients:
- 1 celery stick
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 Canoa Blackberry fruit pulp without sugar
- 1 beet
- 1/2 glass of water
- Sweetener of your choice
Preparation:
Set proportions for the beet and celery. Set aside the chia seeds and mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Add a spoonful of chia seeds, stir well with a spoon, serve and enjoy!
