MANGO DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 90 g Canoa mango pulp
  • 150 g Greek Yogurt
  • 50 g Milk cream
  • Sweeten to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Serve with your favorite salads.

PASSION FRUIT MICHELADA

Ingredients

  • 3 oz of Canoa passion fruit pulp
  • 1.5 oz lemon juice
  • 5.5 oz soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Take a tablespoon of salt and sprinkle it on a small plate. Rub a slice of lime around the rim of the glass and then press the rim in salt to salt the rim.
  2. Add ice cubes to taste.
  3. Add lemon juice, passion fruit pulp and soda.
  4. Add pepper if desired.
  5. Mix and enjoy this delicious drink.

BLACKBERRY DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 500 g Canoa blackberry pulp
  • 320 g condensed milk
  • 400 g milk cream
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 15 g unflavored Gelatin
  • 300 ml Water

Preparation

  1. Dilute the unflavored Gelatin in the water, heat it and let it rest.
  2. In a blender mix the other ingredients (pulp, condensed milk, cream and milk).
  3. Add the unflavored gelatin and mix again.
  4. Serve in molds and refrigerate.
